Fleet Technician: Part-Time or Full-Time

We manage a fleet of over 60 vehicles across 4 states. Job Summary Join our team as a Fleet Technician, with part-time or full-time scheduling available. You’ll inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair fleet vehicles and equipment, primarily Promasters and Transits. This hands-on role calls for sound mechanical knowledge, safe work practices, and a focus on keeping equipment reliable and ready for use. Responsibilities Perform vehicle maintenance, tire service, brake repair, alignment, and suspension work, including shocks and struts. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, air brakes, hydraulics, heating and air conditioning (HVAC), and automotive electrical systems. Perform routine Preventative Maintenance Checks, Generator and Inverter maintenance. Your impact: Careful inspections and timely repairs help drivers and equipment operators work with dependable vehicles and machinery. You will have access to a company vehicle Experience Mechanic, service technician, or vehicle maintenance experience is relevant; dealership experience is welcome. Bring practical skills in automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, heavy truck repair, diesel mechanics, heavy equipment mechanics, and vehicle systems. Electrical experience, fabrication, welding, soldering, and equipment maintenance skills are useful. Able to perform heavy lifting and work safely with tools and machinery. Customer service experience is a plus. Experience with vehicle mechanics for truck drivers, heavy equipment operation, or maintenance of farm and industrial equipment is valued.
