We’re hiring an experienced diesel mechanic who can diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep equipment on the road. Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Ford, Chevrolet, Isuzu, Hino—we wrench on them all. We offer competitive pay, steady work, good benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule. THE OFFER Up to $45/hr, based on experience $1,000 sign-on bonus Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime available Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and sick leave Bonus opportunities Paid training and certification reimbursement Uniforms and cleaning service Room to grow with the company THE JOB You’ll work on light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers, handling everything from routine maintenance to diagnostics and major repairs. We aren't just a part swapping shop. We thoroughly diagnose the issue before replacing parts. We need someone who can troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, repair engines (gas and diesel), perform preventive maintenance, and handle DOT inspections. We are a fleet repair shop, therefore, we see a wide verity of platforms and vehicles. WHAT YOU NEED At least 3 years of diesel repair experience in a shop Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with one or more of the following: Cummins Insite, Detroit Diesel DDL, Isuzu IDSS, Ford ForScan, Experience working on diesel, gas, air brakes, PTOs, A/C work Your own basic tools; we have a wide variety of speciality shop tools. Valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent ASE certifications, OEM training, DOT inspection experience, a CDL, and 608/609 MVAC certifications are a plus, but strong hands-on experience matters.
