The job is to help keep company vehicles, testing systems, support equipment, and facilities maintained, organized, and ready for deployment. Work includes routine maintenance and repair of company trucks, trailers, generators, boom lifts, compressors, and related equipment; assistance with assembly, construction, and maintenance of emissions-testing skids; and vehicle and equipment upfitting, basic electrical and low-voltage wiring, mechanical assembly, and equipment installation. The role also provides field operations support: transporting and exchanging vehicles and equipment, delivering supplies to field crews, and performing basic troubleshooting and field repairs. The person in this role is expected to develop technical capability and independence, progressing toward completing assigned maintenance, repair, installation, upfitting, and equipment-build work with limited supervision, while holding 4Sight’s standards for safety, workmanship, reliability, and equipment readiness.
