As our Fleet Support Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our fleet, equipment, and facilities clean, safe, and ready to support our daily operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll support our Fleet Maintenance and Transportation teams by cleaning and maintaining company vehicles, assisting with shop operations, transporting vehicles and equipment, and performing seasonal grounds maintenance. You'll also have the opportunity to support company events, community activities, and special projects that help bring our employee-owned organization together. What You’ll Do Support Fleet Maintenance Operations: Assist Fleet Mechanics and maintenance technicians with general shop activities, preparing vehicles and equipment for service, handling materials, and performing basic maintenance support tasks. Maintain & Detail Company Vehicles: Wash, clean, sanitize, and detail company trucks, trailers, vehicles, and equipment to maintain cleanliness, appearance, and operational readiness. Coordinate Vehicle & Equipment Transportation: Pick up, deliver, and reposition company vehicles and equipment between company locations, maintenance facilities, and vendors as authorized. Assist with Parts & Inventory: Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and equipment while helping maintain organized shop inventory and communicating supply needs. Maintain Facilities & Grounds: Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and general property upkeep.
