Fleet Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics team. This role combines administrative support with fleet coordination to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and efficient deliveries. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to excellent service for both employees and customers. Key Responsibilities – Fleet Supervisor Provide customer service and maintain strong relationships with employees, drivers, and customers. Manage employee time clock entries, attendance tracking, and reporting for payroll. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new drivers and dispatchers. Schedule, route, and dispatch drivers; coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to prepare packages. Monitor fleet activity and handle emergencies (breakdowns, weather delays) by reallocating resources. Maintain vehicles and equipment; occasionally drive a company vehicle. Support safety, compliance, and DOT requirements across operations. Job Requirements Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record. 2–3 years of office administration or personnel management experience. 3–5 years of fleet operations experience (FedEx, Amazon, or similar preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Coach and train drivers and warehouse personnel. Interview new drivers and explain company processes and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and dispatching software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Ability to lift 5–50 lbs and perform light vehicle maintenance (e.g., tire change).
