When a business relies on its vehicles every day, tire service needs to be convenient, organized, and dependable. At Switch Mobile Tires, we bring tire services directly to customers. We're looking for a Fleet Services Coordinator who can help manage service requests, organize appointments, and keep communication flowing between fleet customers and our mobile service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, solving scheduling problems, and making sure customers receive reliable service. What you'll handle Coordinate mobile tire service appointments for commercial and fleet customers. Communicate with fleet managers and business customers about service needs. Schedule technicians based on availability, location, and job requirements. Track service requests, appointment changes, and job completion updates. Help plan efficient service routes and daily schedules. Coordinate tire availability and necessary materials before appointments. Maintain accurate fleet customer information and service records. Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments and completed work. Assist with service estimates, invoices, and related documentation. Respond to scheduling conflicts, urgent requests, and customer questions. Work with technicians to resolve service delays and keep customers informed. Identify opportunities to improve fleet service coordination and customer satisfaction. What you'll bring We're looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in fleet services, automotive operations, dispatch, logistics, service coordination, scheduling, or customer support. Experience in the tire industry or commercial fleet maintenance is preferred but not required. You should be comfortable managing multiple appointments, communicating professionally with customers, and adjusting schedules when priorities change. Experience with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, service management software, or fleet management platforms is helpful. A high school diploma or GED is required. Additional training or education in business, logistics, or automotive services is a plus. The person who will do well here You're organized, responsive, and good at keeping track of details. When a technician's schedule changes or a customer needs an update, you know how to adjust the plan and keep everyone informed.
