Fleet Safety Administrator

Overview As a Fleet Safety Administrator, you’ll help keep transportation operations safe, compliant, and moving smoothly. You’ll support fleet and logistics teams by tracking safety requirements, reviewing records, and coordinating regulatory reporting across transportation and supply chain activities. Your impact: Accurate safety and compliance records help drivers and operations teams identify risks and make informed decisions that protect people and cargo. Duties Maintain fleet safety documentation and , transportation safety regulations, and applicable FMCA regulations. Review freight bill of ladings create invoices and scan paperwork * Prepare regulatory reports and clear written summaries; use Excel data analysis to identify trends and support risk management. * Requirements Strong technical proficiency, organization, and report-writing skills; able to manage records accurately and meet reporting deadlines. Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, freight, trade compliance, import management, Understanding of regulatory compliance management and risk management; experience supporting transportation safety or fleet operations is valuable. Experience with Excel data analysis and global trade management software is preferred. Knowledge of FMCA requirements, and customs brokerage or clearance management is preferred. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
