Fleet Receivables Analyst

A Day in Life: This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and analytical duties related to accounts receivable. The position performs a range of functions that support fleet-related receivables, including conducting in-depth research and analysis, performing account reconciliations, and managing specialized billing requests for key customer accounts. The anticipated starting salary is approximately $45,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. What You’ll Do: Analyze, prepare, and distribute accurate monthly ad hoc reports. Ensure integrity and quickly resolve issues, rates, electronic billing. Use analytical techniques to provide meaningful data. Review and complete system updates as requested by Leader. Use customer service/analytical skills to handle billings and phone calls. Inter-Company shared duties of Inter-company accounting, settlement schedules and journal entry preparation. What We’re Looking For: Previous customer service experience is highly preferred. Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. General accounting knowledge required. Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate-level Excel skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
