Mintex TechTitle: Fleet Program Manager Company: Power - Energy Client Location: Lake Mary, FL Job Type: Full-Time ; Hybrid Salary: Upto 130K+Full Benefits Job Summary: ******** is seeking a Fleet Strategy Program Manager to lead and govern fleet-wide strategic programs focused on recurring technical, operational, and commercial challenges. This role will own the full program lifecycle, including problem definition, prioritization, cross-functional alignment, execution tracking, and value realization. The Program Manager will serve as an integrator across RAM Engineering, Service Operations, Product Lines, Portfolio Risk, and Commercial teams , providing program structure, governance, cadence, and transparency. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to balance technical understanding with strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of fleet strategy programs aligned with fleet reliability, availability, maintainability, and performance objectives. Translate fleet risks and performance detractors into well-defined programs with clear objectives, metrics, timelines, and decision gates. Maintain program roadmaps aligned with business priorities, outage opportunities, and planning cycles. Develop project plans and schedules while tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources. Ensure timely delivery of technical objectives within established budget and resource constraints. Lead cross-functional program teams across RAM Engineering, Service Operations, Product Lines, Portfolio Risk, Commercial, and Execution groups. Establish and manage program governance, including reviews, decision forums, and escalation processes. Drive alignment on scope, trade-offs, priorities, and sequencing across competing initiatives. Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers. Track program progress, risks, and issues while identifying and resolving blockers. Analyze technical and project data to measure program progress, performance, and outcomes. Maintain documentation and reporting mechanisms to support transparency and informed decision-making. Prepare executive-level summaries and reports related to fleet strategy execution. Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and program effectiveness. Support consistent ways of working across Fleet Strategy, Fleet Implementation, and Improvement Works programs. Develop tools and incorporate best practices to streamline program processes. Partner with Business Intelligence teams to define data requirements, dashboards, and actionable insights. Apply structured change management practices to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering , preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or power generation. Strong communication skills, including the ability to interpret technical information and present it effectively. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including algebra, geometry, percentages, and proportions. Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities with the ability to draw valid conclusions and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency with database, project management, spreadsheet, word processing, email, graphics, and technical diagram software. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SCRUM/AGILE methodologies. PMP certification .
