Fleet Procurement Specialist

Role Summary Coordinate end-to-end procurement for fleet equipment, managing the process from requisition through delivery. Ensure purchase orders are tracked, and oversee vendor performance, pricing, invoices, rebates, warranties, compliance documentation, and accurate equipment records. Key Responsibilities Manage fleet equipment purchases from requisition to delivery Track purchase orders and monitor vendor performance Validate pricing, invoices, rebates, and warranty information Collect, review, and maintain compliance documents Ensure equipment records are complete and accurate Coordinate with internal teams (sales, maintenance, finance, licensing, insurance) and manufacturers to ensure correct, timely processing of deliveries Qualifications & Skills Strong procurement coordination and documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery and processing of fleet equipment.
