Fleet Partnership Manager Fleet Fit, LLC Remote | Part-time | Independent Contractor (1099) Initial 90-day engagement $1,500 retainer per completed 30-day service period, plus commissions and performance bonuses ABOUT FLEET FIT Fleet Fit is a wellness and engagement platform built for professional truck drivers and the fleets that employ them. We support drivers through five pillars: Mental Health, Physical Health, Nutrition, Sleep, and Community. We are seeking a Fleet Partnership Manager to help recruit beta fleet partners, build relationships with fleet decision-makers, and support driver enrollment and activation. THE ROLE You will manage fleet outreach from the first conversation through beta enrollment and the handoff to our team. This is a hands-on business development role. Success requires consistent prospecting, clear follow-through, accurate pipeline tracking, and measurable progress. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and connect with qualified trucking and transportation fleet prospects. Conduct outreach and build relationships with fleet decision-makers. Schedule and lead discovery calls and product demonstrations. Recruit qualified beta fleet partners. Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records. Support fleet onboarding and driver activation alongside the Fleet Fit team. Provide regular pipeline updates and participate in weekly progress reviews. Share prospect feedback, objections, and market insights. Help improve outreach materials and the sales process. Represent Fleet Fit at approved industry events when agreed upon. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience in business development, sales, or partnership development. Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. Comfort using CRM systems and online meeting tools. Availability to connect with fleet decision-makers during normal business hours. Interest in improving the lives of professional drivers. Trucking or transportation experience and existing industry relationships are valued. INITIAL 90-DAY TARGETS Approximately 150 qualified prospects identified. 25 prospect conversations. 15 product demonstrations. 10 qualified beta fleet partners. 50–100 drivers enrolled. At least 30 active driver users. Three testimonial opportunities. COMPENSATION $1,500 retainer for each completed 30-day service period. $200 for each personally sourced, qualified beta fleet accepted by Fleet Fit. An additional $200 activation bonus when at least five drivers activate within that fleet. 15% of collected first-year revenue from qualifying personally sourced or materially developed accounts, subject to the contractor agreement. A $1,000 milestone bonus upon reaching 10 qualified beta fleets. No equity is included. The retainer is payable within three business days after each completed 30-day service period. Commissions are reviewed monthly and paid by the 15th of the following month. Commission calculations exclude taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and pass-through expenses. Commissions apply to qualifying payments received while actively engaged, with no post-termination residual period. ENGAGEMENT TERMS Remote, part-time independent contractor arrangement. Initial 90-day engagement, followed by a review of the role and compensation. No set daily hours. The contractor controls their work methods, location, and schedule. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and ordinary business expenses. Approved travel expenses may be reimbursed. Either party may terminate the engagement with seven calendar days’ written notice. Full terms are governed by the written independent contractor agreement.
