Mission Readiness Shift Supervisor – $36/hr Location: Las Vegas, NV — Onsite Job Type: Full-time, Contract Pay: $36.00 per hour Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:30 PM–8:00 AM — Overnight Shift ABOUT THE ROLE Westfield Consulting Partners is recruiting a Mission Readiness Shift Supervisor for an autonomous ride-hailing company through HireArt. You’ll lead a shift team responsible for vehicle readiness and workshop operations, ensuring daily tasks meet productivity, quality, and safety standards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Leadership: At least 1 year of people leadership experience. Computer skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets. Technical ability: Able to learn technical processes quickly. Driver’s license: Valid Nevada driver’s license and at least 3 years of continuous valid in-state U.S. licensure with no gaps. Driving record: Clean driving record with zero points; must meet the role’s driving history requirements. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to coach employees and resolve concerns professionally. Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to work across teams. Travel: Able to travel locally less than 20% of the time. Screening: Must pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen, and comply with the Substance Abuse Policy. Availability: Able to work onsite during the listed overnight schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise daily shift activities and coach team members. Ensure vehicles are ready and correctly configured before entering service. Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement and storage. Drive fleet and support vehicles as needed. Support spare parts inventory and readiness documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop. Perform quality checks and identify operational risks. Assist with onboarding, reporting, and process improvements. Resolve team concerns and escalate significant issues to leadership. Support other local work sites as needed.
