About Mobilease Mobilease is the largest independent provider of office trailers in Southern Ontario. The company leases & sells mobile office trailers, seacans and specialty containers (office & washroom) primarily to construction, industrial, and commercial customers. Job Description The Fleet & Operations Manager leads yard and fleet operations. At its core, the role quarterbacks the preparation, maintenance and execution of the rental fleet. The role has full ownership of the yard, including its crew, tools, equipment and ensures processes are implemented and consistently followed. This is a high-volume business that requires someone attentive, well organized, and focused on operational efficiency and high-quality service. The Fleet & Operations Manager is accountable for timely and accurate day-to-day execution, both internally and for customers.
