Fleet Operations Coordinator

Fleet Operations Coordinator Black Bear Company, LLC – Twin Cities, MN Black Bear Company is looking for a reliable and organized Fleet Operations Coordinator to help manage the daily operations of our vehicle rental fleet. This position involves coordinating vehicles, customers, maintenance, and documentation to keep the fleet running smoothly and minimize vehicle downtime. Responsibilities Handle vehicle check-ins and check-outs. Inspect and photograph vehicles before and after rentals. Track vehicle mileage, fuel levels, maintenance, and overall condition. Coordinate scheduled maintenance, repairs, detailing, and vehicle service. Communicate with repair shops, mechanics, vendors, and other service providers. Update and maintain vehicle information in Rent Centric. Maintain accurate rental agreements, payment records, and vehicle documentation. Assist with accidents, damages, insurance claims, and related documentation. Keep management updated on vehicle availability and overall fleet status. Communicate professionally with customers regarding rentals, vehicle issues, payments, and appointments. Help ensure vehicles are returned to service as quickly as possible and minimize unnecessary downtime. Assist with other daily fleet and office operations as needed. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Good communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and fleet-management software. Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and able to work independently. Previous experience in fleet operations, car rental, automotive service, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
