Fleet Operations Associate

Job Summary Speedy Car Logistics Louisville is seeking a dependable and organized Fleet Operations Associate to support daily vehicle logistics and fleet management activities. This position assists with vehicle scheduling, transportation coordination, fleet monitoring, maintenance tracking, and operational documentation to help ensure efficient vehicle movement and reliable service. Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily fleet operations and vehicle assignments. Monitor vehicle availability, transportation schedules, and delivery status. Help coordinate vehicle pickups, transfers, and deliveries. Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations staff regarding schedules and updates. Maintain accurate fleet records, including mileage, vehicle status, and service documentation. Assist with coordinating routine vehicle inspections and maintenance appointments. Report vehicle delays, operational issues, or maintenance concerns to supervisors. Help organize transportation paperwork, delivery records, and fleet-related documents. Support efficient vehicle movement and scheduling. Follow company procedures and transportation safety guidelines. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry. Ability to manage schedules and multiple tasks. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, vehicle operations, or dispatch is a plus but not required. Work Environment This position involves working in a vehicle logistics and transportation operations environment. Responsibilities may include office-based coordination, communication with drivers, and occasional interaction with vehicles. Employees should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
