Fleet Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fleet Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and peak performance. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on mechanical experience. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections Repair and service engines, hydraulic systems, brake systems, suspension, and electrical components Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures efficiently Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Collaborate with team members to minimize vehicle downtime Stay current with industry advancements, tools, and repair techniques Qualifications Proven experience as a fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, automotive technician, or heavy equipment mechanic Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience with engines, hydraulics, brake systems, and electrical troubleshooting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a shop environment and outdoors as needed Standing, bending, kneeling, and working with tools for extended periods Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health and dental insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan / 401(k) Supportive and team-oriented work environment If you are a motivated mechanic looking to make a meaningful impact and grow your career, we encourage you to apply today.
