Hader SolutionsRole Overview This position involves safely operating, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and equipment, including oilfield, tractor, tanker, and vac trucks, to ensure safe operation within an environmental services division. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair operational issues with heavy trucks and equipment. Maintain and repair diesel, CNG, gas, and electric vehicles. Complete reports, work orders, and order parts; plan and schedule repairs. Assist in reviewing mechanical write-ups and coordinate repair schedules. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean work environment. Utilize power and hand tools; maintain necessary tools. Train and orient new employees; stay updated with technical advancements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum three years of heavy-duty truck mechanic experience. Experience with diagnostic software is a plus. Computer literate, willing to learn new software systems. Effective communication, ability to follow instructions, and maintain accurate records. Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds. Physical & Mental Requirements Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, kneel, crawl, climb, and perform physical effort regularly. Visual acuity in various conditions and continuous mental focus are essential.
