Fleet Mechanic

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fleet Mechanic and become a vital part of maintaining a reliable, efficient fleet of heavy-duty equipment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment including, forklifts, tractors, and trailers. Operate heavy machinery safely during repairs or testing procedures to ensure proper functioning before returning equipment to service. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for assembly, disassembly, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all repairs performed for compliance and future reference. Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with heavy equipment operation and automotive diagnostics. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, transmissions, suspension components, and air brake systems. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, service technician practices, and safety procedures related to vehicle maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various work environments. Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour Work Location: In person
