What You’ll Do Inspect trucks and trailers on the yard: tires, brakes, lights, fluids, damage Spot problems early and get repairs done fast Get trucks ready for incoming drivers Hand over trucks and walk new drivers through their equipment Check trucks when they come back, and document damage or missing items Keep inspection and repair records up to date What You Bring 3+ years of fleet or equipment experience in trucking Fluent Russian and English (required) Strong knowledge of trucks, trailers, and DOT inspections Organized and reliable, someone who gets things done Ready to work on-site and outdoors on the yard Why American Turbo Fixed base plus performance bonuses Stable, growing fleet Real ownership of the yard and equipment Know trucks?
