Fleet Manager

Experience managing fleet, transportation, or operational compliance programs in a regulated industry environment. • Working knowledge of driver qualification standards, vehicle documentation, inspection tracking, and maintenance record administration. • Ability to interpret transportation compliance requirements and escalate unclear regulatory matters before operational decisions are made. • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy in maintaining confidential records and compliance files. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as HR, Safety, Operations, and risk or insurance stakeholders. • Proficiency with fleet monitoring systems, reporting tools, and standard business software used for compliance tracking and documentation. • Ability to review background-related information, driver eligibility records, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document findings, prepare reports, and communicate compliance concerns clearly.
