This is an in-office position in Schaumburg for someone who can keep equipment moving, address driver issues promptly, and stay ahead of maintenance needs. Responsibilities * Monitor truck and trailer availability, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance * Communicate with drivers about equipment issues, breakdowns, and scheduling * Coordinate with dispatch and shops to reduce downtime * Track maintenance records and help keep equipment compliant with DOT requirements * Review fleet performance and identify ways to improve reliability and operating costs Qualifications * Experience managing a trucking fleet, preferably dry van * Strong knowledge of semi-truck and trailer maintenance * Familiarity with DOT regulations and ELD systems * Clear communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Ability to handle urgent issues while keeping daily operations on track Location: Schaumburg, Illinois To apply: Send your resume and a brief description of your trucking fleet experience.
