• Lead and train Road Assist Remote Fleet Technicians
• Manage performance evaluations and roadside visits
• Oversee scheduling and vacation approvals with the team
• Ensure adherence to BCAA policies and procedures
• Build sustainable relationships with Tow Partners Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum five years in the automotive industry
• At least three years in leadership or account management
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Drive performance, safety, and exceptional service at BCAA while enhancing the Member experience.
