Fleet Manager
CARCON Industries & ConstructionThis role requires a highly organized professional who can optimize asset utilization, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize equipment downtime across the entire shared vehicle portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for all vehicle fleet assets across both companies. Manage vehicle registrations, insurance policies, DOT compliance, and safety inspections. Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure vehicles are deployed efficiently to job sites. Track fleet metrics including fuel usage, maintenance costs, and lifecycle depreciation. Negotiate with external vendors, mechanics, and equipment suppliers for favorable pricing. Qualifications: 3–7+ years of experience in fleet management, preferably within construction, engineering, or heavy industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA safety standards.
