Cargo Van Owner-Operator – Independent Contractor Company: Transportation PG LLC Location: Wooster, OH Compensation: $300 per completed route Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Contract Dates: November 12, 2026 – January 2, 2027 Job Description Transportation PG LLC is seeking dependable and professional cargo van owner-operators for dedicated last-mile delivery routes in Wooster, Ohio. We are looking for experienced independent contractors who own or provide their own cargo vans and are committed to providing reliable, timely, and professional delivery services. This is a contracted delivery opportunity with consistent scheduled routes throughout the contract period. Available Routes Morning Route: 10:00 AM start Afternoon Route: 2:00 PM start Schedule: Daily route coverage, including weekends Route Duration: Approximately 8 hours Compensation: $300 per completed route Contractors may indicate their preferred route and availability. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver assigned packages within designated delivery areas. Complete deliveries accurately and within scheduled timeframes. Safely load, secure, and transport packages. Follow delivery instructions and customer service standards. Maintain communication regarding delivery progress, delays, or issues. Operate and maintain a safe, reliable cargo van. Follow all applicable transportation and safety requirements. Qualifications and Requirements Must own or provide a reliable cargo van, such as a Ford Transit, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Ram ProMaster, or approved equivalent. Valid driver's license. Appropriate commercial auto insurance. Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities. Ability to load, unload, and deliver packages safely. Strong time-management and communication skills. Previous courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery experience preferred. Ability to meet applicable background screening and onboarding requirements. Independent Contractor Information This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for providing their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, maintenance, and other agreed-upon operating expenses.
