Fleet Manager / 310T Licensed Mechanic

Humility - Be humble, be willing to change and grow. What We Are Looking For: Full-Time year-round Must be licensed mechanic. Reliable, punctual, wanting a place for long term growth. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative. Valid G class clean license is a must - AZ/DZ is preferred. While working for Higgins Hardscape, you will be responsible to perform a variety of duties and responsibilities but not limited to: Managing fleet of 10 diesel trucks plus multiple machines. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery. Repair or replace faulty parts. Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections prior to expiration. Keep accurate records of work performed. Submit receipts to the front office desk before each day's end. Qualifications and Experience: 2 – 5 years related experience desired Must be experienced in mechanical maintenance. Provide and receive constructive feedback from shop employees. Keep the shop clean and make sure it is a safe working environment. Must have a valid & clean G class drivers license. Your own Transportation to get to and from our shop in Waterdown. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions. You're looking for year-round work with interest in working during all 4 seasons.
