Fleet Management Analyst

Overview United Tree & Environmental Management, Inc. is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help coordinate our growing fleet. Key Responsibilities Track company vehicles, equipment, and assignments Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation Track vehicle and equipment locations and availability Monitor registrations, permits, inspections, and required documentation Manage vehicle and equipment assignment records Track fuel cards and company-issued fleet items Review and maintain driver and vehicle documentation Assist with fleet reports and inventory tracking Coordinate with field supervisors and office management Ensure fleet information is accurate and up to date What We Are Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable with Excel and computer systems Able to manage multiple priorities Dependable and proactive Fleet, construction, or utility experience preferred Familiarity with DMV documentation and registration processes preferred Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Work Location: In person
