Fleet Maintenance Technician

Weed Man Lawn Care is looking for a dependable and motivated Fleet Maintenance Technician to help maintain our fleet vehicles and turf application equipment. This is a steady, year-round position focused primarily on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and general repairs — not heavy engine rebuilds. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. What You’ll Work On Fleet vehicles Fertilizer and spray application equipment Aerators and spreader/sprayers Pumps and small engine equipment Preventative maintenance and diagnostics General repair and upkeep Responsibilities Inspect fleet vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance or repair needs Perform preventative maintenance and routine service work Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner Troubleshoot spray systems, pumps, and small engine equipment Maintain accurate service and repair records Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate equipment concerns and recommended repairs as needed Qualifications Previous mechanic or maintenance experience preferred Experience with fleet vehicles, small engines, or equipment repair is a plus Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver’s license preferred Pay & Benefits $25–$30 per hour based on experience Monday–Friday schedule Flexible scheduling options Company health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Stable year-round employment Supportive team environment p8yBkwj7kH
