Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day upkeep of a bus fleet and facilities. Key Responsibilities Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. Coordinate repairs and ensure compliance with safety requirements, DOT standards, and company policies. Supervise technicians; assign work orders and manage workflow. Verify quality and completeness of completed maintenance tasks, including timeliness. Track parts and inventory; manage stock levels and support procurement needs. Work with vendors and service providers. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Collaborate with operations to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Required Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and supervisory ability. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety practices, and DOT-related requirements. Proficiency in maintenance planning, work order management, and quality assurance. Experience with inventory/parts tracking and vendor coordination. Ability to maintain detailed service records and ensure continuous improvement.
