SERVICE MANAGER Pardo Fleet Solutions is a Fleet Maintenance company headquartered in Sewell, NJ with Mobile Maintenance Technicians based across the east coast in PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, FL, OH. Due to growth and growing customer base, we are in search to add another Customer Service Representative for our Mobile Maintenance Operations Division. Location: Pardo Fleet Solutions – 106 Sewell Road, Sewell, NJ Description: Resolve your customers needs in an efficient manner Become proficient within various systems, portals, platforms, and tools used to maintain customer records, transactions, and any other relevant data pertaining to Pardo’s and customer Provide solutions or alternative solutions for your customers needs Build lasting relationships and engage with customers by exceeding their expectations Manage high volume tasks in a timely and efficient manner Professionally handle inbound & outbound calls Monitor Mobile Technicians & their daily workloads Answering incoming calls and responding to customer needs Communicate with dispatch and contact customers when needed Ability to communicate with internal staff, external customers, and vendors professionally and in the best interest of Pardo Fleet Solutions. Requirements: Have fleet management experience Have excellent communication skills high school diploma or equivalent ability to pass prescreen requirements for employment must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook must be organized and able to multi-task in a busy environment excellent verbal, written, and listening skills empathy and patience proven CSR experience or expertise in a CSR type environment excellent phone skills ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and/or personalities.
