MOHR TalentFleet Maintenance Lead Springboro, OH | In-Person | $70,000 - $90,000 /yr | Full-Time A well established and growing recycling and waste services company is hiring an experienced, hands-on Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily operations of their truck garage. This is an opportunity to join a team that cares about their people and take ownership of a fleet maintenance operation that keeps the business running. What You'll Do: Lead, supervise, and direct the garage maintenance team Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance and repair work to support fleet readiness and minimize downtime Oversee preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections for trucks, trailers, and related equipment Ensure service tickets and maintenance records are accurate, complete, and timely Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance team members Ensure compliance with company safety requirements and applicable DOT regulations Coordinate parts, materials, inventory, and outside vendors as needed Perform and oversee hands-on repairs, including diagnostics, brake and tire work, and engine troubleshooting What You Bring: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Strong mechanical, diesel, truck, or heavy-equipment maintenance knowledge Previous supervisory or lead maintenance experience preferred Truck, automotive, diesel, or heavy-equipment maintenance experience required Automotive or truck diagnostic and brake repair experience required Familiarity with DOT regulations for commercial motor vehicles and fleet maintenance EPA Universal Certification preferred; additional mechanical or safety certifications a plus Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and flexibility to work weekends or additional hours as needed What's In It For You: Starting salary of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience Join a well established and growing company with a stable fleet operation Team that cares about their people and invests in training and development Opportunity to lead a team and make the role your own If you have hands-on truck or fleet maintenance experience and supervisory skills, apply today to be considered.
