Fleet Maintenance and Damage Manager

Maintenance and Damage Manager to ensure reliable, safe vehicle operations for a global mobility organization. Oversee vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and damage assessments. Coordinate with external vendors and repair facilities while monitoring performance on cost, quality, turnaround, and fleet-readiness metrics. Lead and coach team members, partner with rental operations to resolve vehicle issues, and drive consistent safety and service standards. Qualifications & Skills Automotive and/or fleet maintenance experience Strong operational judgment and decision-making Ability to manage repair and damage workflows effectively Process improvement mindset in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills Comfort working with metrics to improve cost, quality, and readiness
