Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Manager Timber RidgeCraft | Okanagan, BC Are you mechanically inclined, organized, dependable, and someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles, tools, and equipment running smoothly? Timber RidgeCraft is looking for a hands-on Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, organization, and upkeep of our company vehicles, construction tools, trailers, and equipment. Key Responsibilities ● Oversee maintenance and servicing of company trucks, trailers, and equipment. ● Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance. ● Inspect, maintain, and repair construction tools and small equipment. ● Organize and manage company tools, equipment, and inventory. ● Coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and servicing with outside shops. ● Track maintenance schedules, equipment condition, and repair costs. ● Ensure tools and equipment are ready for crews and job sites. ● Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop and storage area. What We’re Looking For ● Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. ● Experience maintaining vehicles, tools, or construction equipment. ● Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ● Ability to work independently and take initiative. ● Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented. ● Construction industry experience is an asset. ● Valid driver’s licence.
