Position Summary The Fleet & Equipment Coordinator supports the daily coordination, administration, utilization, and movement of NTE’s rental equipment fleet. This role helps maintain accurate fleet records, equipment availability, timely communication, and effective support across branches, yards, vendors, and customer job sites. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily rental fleet activity, equipment availability, utilization, transfers, and status updates across branches and customer job sites. Maintain accurate asset records, including serial numbers, equipment additions, disposals, transfers, warranty information, and system updates. Communicate with branch teams, vendors, yards, and management regarding equipment movement, service needs, policies, and fleet status. Support fleet compliance, documentation, transportation coordination, equipment condition review, and related company requirements. Prepare and maintain fleet reports, purchase orders, service records, rental documentation, inventories, and continuous-improvement project support. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. Two or more years of experience in equipment rental, fleet management, transportation, construction equipment, or a related field preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced work environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Work is performed in office and yard environments and may require walking, standing, bending, inspecting equipment, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and working outdoors near active equipment areas.
