Fleet Operations is seeking a Fleet Driver who is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and responsive support services. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and requires leading with care, precision, and purposeensuring every task reflects our dedication to zero-harm and exceptional service. "This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan." Core Responsibilities Candidates are required to complete all career path trainings. Ensure safe and proper load securement of material and equipment for transport. Ensure accurate time reporting. Ensure the safe transport of company materials and equipment in compliance with all city, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a CDL A license. Able to drive Manual Transmissions (Stick Shift). Transport materials and equipment between the Astoria Service Center and company sites. Comply with all NYC DOT and FMCSA regulations during operations. Be able to work overtime, extended hours, various shifts, and respond to storm and emergency operational conditions on a 24/7 basis as required. Selected candidates must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, do extensive driving, walking, climbing, standing, push/pull/lift 50-60 pounds unassisted, work on ladders and various elevations.
