Fleet Diesel Mechanic – Up to $45 Flat Rate | Monday–Friday

Location: Collegeville, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Pay Rate: $30–$45 per flagged hour (Based on experience) Pay Type: Flat Rate Introduction We are seeking an experienced Fleet Diesel Mechanic in Collegeville, PA, to join an established, family-owned truck and fleet repair shop operating since 2012. If you're an A-Level or B-Level Diesel Technician who enjoys troubleshooting tough problems and turning wrenches, this is an opportunity worth considering. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and fleet vehicles. Work on a mix of approximately 80% diesel and 20% gas-powered vehicles. Service domestic pickups and heavy-duty fleet trucks. Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, suspension systems, and other mechanical components. Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot vehicle issues. Complete quality repairs to keep fleet vehicles reliable and on the road. Qualifications A-Level or B-Level diesel mechanic experience. Strong diesel diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience repairing engines, brakes, and suspension systems. Ability to work on domestic pickups and heavy-duty fleet vehicles. Comfortable working on both diesel and gas-powered vehicles. Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality repairs. Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
