Fleet Coordinator Mid-Level

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) is a professional solutions contracting and consulting firm supporting military installations and federal agencies across the nation. TSS is seeking a Fleet Coordinator – Mid-Level to support our ongoing mission at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Fleet Coordinators are responsible for the lifecycle of vehicles, including receiving, outfitting, issuing, maintaining, repairing, disposing, and other associated duties. They also support events and reservations by staging vehicles at hotels, airports, and other locations. Fleet Coordinator-Mid What You’ll Do: Receive daily reservations and maintenance schedules. Maintain cleanliness and refuel vehicles as needed. Perform non-critical vehicle maintenance, including battery changes, wiper blades, license plates, jump-starts, tires, vehicle lockouts, lightbulbs, key fob batteries, and minor interior trim. Enter monthly vehicle mileage into the government database. Track manufacturer recalls bi-monthly. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs in accordance with FBI guidelines and manufacturer-recommended schedules. Enter maintenance information into the government database and update spreadsheets. Liaise with repair facilities. Enter maintenance quotes into the government system for payment. Maintain accurate and complete records and files. Run reports for mileage, expiring tags, and disposal. Answer customer and client inquiries. Perform other related duties as assigned. Fleet Coordinator-Mid What You Bring: Required: 3+ years of prior experience working in a related field. Proficiency with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications. Strong oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable and diligent worker.
