About the role
The Fleet Coordinator manages vehicle fleet. They work with engineers, technicians and other teams to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

nd follow up on maintenance, repairs, inspections and recalls with technicians and vendors.
• Keep fleet records accurate: registrations, titles, mileage, damage and service history.
• Monitor compliance with safety, DOT, state and company rules.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers, intake and removal from the fleet with branch and operations teams.
• Pull basic reports on fleet usage, downtime and costs.
Must have
• 2+ years in fleet coordination, fleet operations, dispatch or vehicle logistics. A Level II role suggests some prior experience.
• Hands-on use of a fleet or maintenance management system (name the one used), plus solid Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling and compliance documentation.
• Clear communicator who follows through and is organized and detail-focused.
Nice to have
• Car rental, dealership, logistics or large-fleet experience.
• Familiarity with DOT or state vehicle regulations.
