We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Process Coordinator to support vehicle fleet operations, including vehicle ordering, delivery tracking, registration, titles, telematics, maintenance, accident claims, and vehicle remarketing.

• Monitor vehicle registration, titles, renewals, and claims.
• Maintain Excel trackers, reports, and operational records.
• Create SOPs and process documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholders, and follow-ups.
• Identify process gaps and support workflow improvements.
Required Skills:
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in operations, business analysis, process management, or project coordination.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Automotive or fleet management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
