Artio Supply dba Artio Traffic ProtectionFleet Coordinator The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day fleet operations at an assigned location while working under the direction of the Fleet Manager. This role serves as the primary point of contact for fleet-related needs at the local level, ensuring vehicles and equipment are properly tracked, maintained, and compliant. The Fleet Coordinator will use Fleetio as the primary system to document, monitor, and share fleet information across the organization. Responsibilities: · Coordinate daily fleet activities for the assigned location, ensuring vehicles and equipment are available, safe, and operational. · Serve as the local liaison between drivers, site leadership, vendors, and the Fleet Manager. · Use Fleetio to track vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, fuel usage, and mileage. · Ensure all fleet data is accurate, timely, and consistently updated in Fleetio. · Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and coordinating repairs with approved vendors. · Monitor vehicle inspections, registrations, permits, and compliance requirements for the location. · Communicate fleet status, issues, and updates to the Fleet Manager and relevant stakeholders. · Support incident reporting, accident documentation, and follow-up processes. · Assist with enforcing company fleet policies and safe driving standards at the local level. · Assist with onboarding and offboarding of vehicles as needed. · Participate in audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives related to fleet operations. · Ensure that drivers are completing DVIR inspections. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required · Previous experience in fleet coordination, logistics, asset management, or a related field preferred · Familiarity with fleet management software; Fleetio experience strongly preferred · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, and data entry) Physical & Work Requirements: · Regular interaction in yard or shop environments with some time spent in office · Travel required within the local area · Ability to sit, stand, and move between vehicles and facilities as needed · Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
