Fleet Compliance & Driver Recruitment Coordinator Company: American New Logistics Service (ANL) Location: 2440 S Milliken Ave, Ontario, CA 91761 Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour Job Description American New Logistics Service (ANL) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fleet Compliance & Driver Recruitment Coordinator to support our trucking operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in DOT/FMCSA compliance, driver recruitment, fleet administration, and transportation safety regulations. Key Responsibilities DOT & FMCSA Compliance: Maintain driver qualification files (DQF), DOT records, medical certificates, CDL documentation, and compliance reports. Driver Recruitment: Recruit, screen, onboard, and maintain qualified CDL drivers. Fleet Operations: Coordinate daily fleet activities, driver schedules, vehicle documentation, and operational support. Safety & Compliance: Monitor Hours of Service (HOS), ELD records, drug and alcohol testing requirements, and driver safety compliance. Vehicle Management: Track vehicle registrations, insurance, inspections, maintenance records, and required permits. DOT Audits: Prepare documentation for DOT inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews. Accident & Claims: Assist with accident reporting, insurance claims, and incident documentation. Reporting: Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare weekly fleet and driver status reports. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking compliance, fleet operations, or transportation administration preferred. Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and CDL driver requirements. Experience in driver recruitment and onboarding. Familiarity with ELD systems, driver qualification files, and DOT compliance documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. English proficiency required. No Chinese language requirement. Compensation & Benefits $25–$35 per hour , based on experience.
