Fleet Associate

Job Overview GFS GROUP LLC, a trucking and logistics company, is hiring a Fleet Associate for our Missouri office. This role supports our fleet operations team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all trucks and trailers are utilized effectively and safely Support fleet coordinators with scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping Coordinate breakdown assistance and roadside support for drivers Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and minimize downtime Track vehicle maintenance, registrations, and compliance paperwork Assist with communication between drivers, dispatch, and management Maintain accurate fleet data and reports Requirements At least 1 year of experience in the trucking/logistics industry (required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with fleet management systems and spreadsheets Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work on-site in our Missouri office Join us as a Fleet Associate if you’re passionate about trucking, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to contribute to delivering top-quality service.
