Fleet Assistant of School Transportation Vans Hogan Transportation specializes in providing school transportation services for children with special needs. We have been an industry leader for over 55 years. We maintain a fleet of 75+ newer model vehicles. We are seeking an organized, detailed, hands-on, person for a full-time, entry-level position. Key Responsibilities: Manage fleet services; tracking, maintenance scheduling, shuttling vehicles, issuing vehicles to drivers Cleaning of vans: vacuuming, wiping surfaces clean, cleaning windows Minor vehicle repairs and maintenance (wipers, fluids, tire pressure...) Maintain maintenance records Manage warehouse supplies and cleanliness Data entry: routing information, Coast Gas Cards Assist with emergency field calls General facility cleaning and maintenance Phone calls: vehicle related and general office calls Expanding responsibilities as experience and proficiency develop Qualifications: · Valid driver license with a clean driving record. · Must pass a background check and drug screen.
