Fleet and Lease Manager Department Manager

Brown Bros Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced Automotive Fleet and Lease Department Manager to lead a seasoned sales team of in-house automotive fleet and leasing specialists with Brown Bros Motor Lease. Brown Bros Motor Lease has over 60 years of retail and B2B leasing experience with a client base that loyalty, integrity and honesty have built. Our highly motivated and long-term sales team take pride in the ongoing success and growth of the in-house lease portfolio. Understanding the importance of customer retention and the nuances of customer interruptions with financial obligation commitments are fundamental to maintaining the success of the lease portfolio. Key responsibilities : · To manage fleet/lease sales team and a small administrative team · To maximize profitability through vehicle disposals and cost monitoring measures. · To monitor and control all expenses related to vehicle reconditioning. · To oversee all fleet sales and the flow of fleet inventory · To oversee all lease and finance contracts. · To review and grant credit. · To assist in negotiations where needed. · To monitor and maintain supplier relationships. · Periodic review of process and procedures. · To implement strategies for creative engagement and marketing. · The ability to transform ideas into actions. Qualifications: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in management Fleet & vehicle Leasing Experience is highly preferred, specifically in managing high-volume accounts Strong people skills Strong communication skills In-depth knowledge of vehicle depreciation critical to the role. Proficiency with CDK a major asset Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving abstract. Valid VSA sales person’s license.
