Job Summary The Loudoun County Department of General Services is seeking qualified applicants for a Fleet Administrative Coordinator, to work within the Fleet Management Division. This position will provide a wide range of administrative support. Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Monitoring insurance claims, collecting and providing information, following up on outstanding issues, and ensuring timely processing of claims. Issuing fuel cards and PINs for new employees and replacing lost, damaged, or expired cards. Maintaining all records associated with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) licensing and registration and entering all necessary information into the Fleet Management System. Conducting research and compiling statistics for insurance claims, fuel usage, vehicle tags and titles, and motor pool usage. Entering, updating, and retrieving information from databases, files, and systems; researching and correcting database errors; creating reports; organizing and tracking files. Performing general administrative and customer services duties (by phone, in-person, email), assisting others with forms, submissions, and procedures; and responding to customer service inquiries. Operating fleet passenger vehicles, sedans, light trucks, SUVs, and vans as necessary. Hiring salary commensurate with experience. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; four (4) years of related clerical/administrative work experience with computer automated systems and office applications experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with insurance claims processes and procedures, and/or motor vehicle licensing and registration; familiarity with EZ Fleet, Fleet Commander, and/or DOSSIER software, or similar fleet management systems. Notary Public Certification preferred.
