Fleet account executive
Repair LiftFleet Account Executive — Remote, Canada$3,000 USD/month base + uncapped monthly commission · Contractor
RepairLift is the marketing agency built for diesel and heavy-duty repair shops. We only work in this industry, and our clients are shop owners who want more of the right trucks in their bays.
Why this role exists: We're launching a new fulfillment division. Until now, an outside call center

worked our clients' fleet leads. We're bringing that in-house because it's about to become one of the biggest revenue lines in the company, and we want the people running it to be ours. You'd be an early hire in a division that's built to scale, with a real say in how the playbook develops.
The job: You own a book of 7–10 repair shops. When a fleet or owner-operator lead comes in from our ads, you call it, qualify it, and book it into the shop. You keep the shops happy, keep the CRM clean, and improve the scripts, cadences and follow-up process as you go.
The structure around you: This isn't a figure-it-out-alone role. You report to a dedicated Sales & Operations Manager who runs the division day to day. Our Sales Director handles your call training and coaching. You work alongside our account managers and ad team in a shared Slack, with weekly 1-on-1s, a defined onboarding plan, and clear targets from day one. You're a core part of the company, not a department off on its own.
Where it goes: As the book of clients grows, we add reps, and the people who proved themselves early are first in line to lead them. Team lead, division manager, and ownership of client onboarding are all paths that open up from this seat over the next 12–24 months. We'd rather promote from inside than hire over you.
Who it's for: Someone who's sold or serviced in a blue-collar industry — trucking, heavy equipment, ag, oil and gas, repair shops — and wants to own their results. You're comfortable on the phone with a fleet manager at 7am and you don't need to be told to follow up.
Pay:
• $3,000 USD/month base, paid weekly
• Commission on every customer you book plus a retention bonus on every account that stays — paid in one monthly commission check
• Realistic earnings of $7–8K USD/month with a full book, and the ceiling rises as the division grows
• Contractor position; you're responsible for your own taxes
Details: Fully remote within Canada. Alberta and the Prairies preferred for time zone and trucking background. Hours are roughly 7am–4pm Mountain, Monday–Friday.
To apply: Skip the cover letter. Send a short note on the hardest thing you've sold over the phone and why a fleet manager should take your call,
