Flat Glass Production Material Handler

Role Overview Start your shift at 5:00 pm in Butler, PA, step onto the production floor, and help move the work forward. As a temp-to-hire Material Handler in glass manufacturing, you’ll keep operations running by safely moving large panes, staging materials, and preparing outbound loads. The night flies as you rack, measure, inspect, and pack—often with overtime that carries the team through to 3:30 am. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20/hr + OT Type: Temp to Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 pm – 3:30 am (OT included) Benefits: Excellent benefits after probationary period! Day-in-the-Life Load and unload trucks to keep materials flowing. Move and pack large glass panes with precision and care. Use a tape measure and basic hand tools to size, stage, and prepare product. Inspect glass for defects to ensure top-quality output. Support general material handling needs across the floor. What You Bring High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift 45 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally. Comfort using tape measures and basic tools. Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
