Flat Bed Truck Driver

Overview Join our team as a Flat Bed Truck Driver and keep freight moving safely and reliably. You’ll operate a flatbed tractor-trailer on local and over-the-road (OTR) routes, plan trips with GPS navigation, and secure cargo for transport. This paid position requires safe driving practices, careful load handling, and compliance with applicable transportation rules. Your impact: By securing and delivering freight safely and on schedule, you help customers receive the goods they need while protecting other road users. Responsibilities Drive commercial trucks, including flatbed tractor-trailers, on route and delivery assignments; operate manual transmissions as needed. Load, unload, and secure freight using safe manual-handling practices and appropriate equipment. Use GPS navigation to follow routes, communicate delays, and complete delivery records. Follow Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, including applicable hazardous materials and dangerous goods requirements when handling those loads. Experience 2 Years experience in truck driving, commercial driving, delivery driving, route driving, or over-the-road driving is relevant; delivery driver experience is preferred. Familiarity with logistics cargo handling, truck loading and unloading, and freight securement is valuable. Ability to perform manual handling and safely load and unload cargo. Knowledge of flatbed operations is preferred; experience with refrigerated trailers, tanker equipment, automobile transportation, or hazmat (hazardous materials) is an asset. Must meet applicable licensing, driving, and regulatory requirements for assigned equipment and cargo. Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week Work Location: On the road
