Integrity is actively recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to join our expanding team.

 

As the Financial Operations Analyst, you will oversee the day-to-day financial activities of our main corporation, as well as its associated entities. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing expenditures, and ensuring overall financial efficiency across the organization.

 

This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Manage and process payroll and reconcile financial transactions for associated companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments
  • Prepare and process EFT and check run payments for associated companies, including bank reconciliations for multiple accounts (USD and CAD)
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) for associated companies and assist with detailed reporting for the CFO
  • Review posted financial transactions for the main company
  • Administer corporate insurance programs and oversee monthly and quarterly HST filings for associated companies
  • Analyze weekly purchase order spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic financial decisions
  • Review provided payroll and overtime reports to ensure efficiency and appropriate staffing levels
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards

 

Required Qualifications:


  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations, ideally managing multiple entities
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems (Paydirt experience an asset) and accounting software (Netsuite + Simply Accounting preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with leadership
