• Equity: This role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan. The pitch for a lot of people who join Meter has to be that this is actually a company that's transforming an entire industry. We are targeting a big enough market, have good capital backing us, and are going after a huge problem in a big sector. This isn't a startup that's just been around for two years; we've been around for 10 years, so we have that staying power. To some extent you're taking a bet on the equity you get, but you're also saying this is a really challenging problem to go and solve.
