Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role can be based out of our Oak Brook, IL or De Pere, WI office. The Financial Analyst - Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) Reporting, supports data input, analysis, and reporting for TreeHouse’s Operating Company. This position is a key contributor to TreeHouse’s Operations Excellence model — helping track the financial goals of plants within each Growth Unit — and supporting internal financial reporting and process improvement analyses. The Financial Analyst partners closely with plant finance managers and plant operational leaders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and to drive improvements across the operations process. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Apply financial analysis skills in a plant operations environment. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly plant variance reports to include volume, labor, and material usage variance reporting. Prepare and analyze plant variance reports in support of plants Annual Operation Plan execution. Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities for improvement across operations, including optimizing plant reporting processes, streamlining data collection, and hand-offs between plant and leadership teams. Build strong, collaborative relationships with finance partners and across functions. Provide Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
